Job summary

Ridgeland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Ridgeland, SC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Manager (Unit Manager UM RN or LPN) to lead our nursing team and oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and a positive, supportive work environment.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals at Ridgeland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

About the UM RN Role:

As a Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for:
