The role involves overseeing the care management of a patient population within an assigned unit, conducting the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluations), and coordinating resources.

The Unit Manager will ensure timely care interventions, foster interdisciplinary communication, and uphold clinical systems and regulatory
