ESFM is seeking a Unit Manager in Jacksonville, FL, offering a salary range of $70,000 to $100,000. The role requires strong facilities management knowledge and leadership to oversee client services and operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in the industry, excellent communication, and the ability to manage stressful situations with professionalism. This position is part of Compass Group USA's ESFM division, with a broad benefits package.

Position Title: UNIT MANAGER

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000

Pay Grade: 15
