Heritage Post Acute is seeking an RN Supervisor / Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care in a long-term care setting in Florence, SC.

The ideal candidate will have an SC RN license, BCLS certification, and at least 2 years of supervisory nursing experience, with long-term care experience preferred. Join a supportive leadership team focused on excellence and resident well-being.

Formación

• Current South Carolina RN license.
• BCLS certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing supervisory experience.
• Long-term care experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Review shift reports and monitor resident conditions.
• Respond to acute changes (assess, notify MD, coordinate transport, notify family).
• Conduct daily rounds to ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality care.
• Oversee documentation accuracy (care plans, charting, change of condition).
• Follow up on labs, consultant reports, and physician orders.
• Assist with admissions and physician rounds.
• Promote resident rights and maintain regulatory compliance.
