Job summary

DC Army National Guard is seeking a Unit Supply Specialist to ensure your unit and fellow Soldiers are well supplied and equipped for any mission. You will oversee shipping, storage, and supply of equipment, manage documents, and keep automated systems up to date.

You will secure weapons and ammunition, schedule maintenance, and operate unit-level computers. This role offers paid training and a clear path to civilian warehousing roles such as stock clerk or storekeeper after service.

Qualifications

• Military enlistment in the Army National Guard.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be between the ages of 17 and 35.
• Must pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards.

Responsibilities

• Issue and receive small arms. Secure and control weapons and ammunition in security areas.
• Schedule and perform preventive and organizational maintenance on weapons.
• Operate unit level computers.
