Job summary

Health & Human Services Commission in Mexia, TX is seeking a Manager IV UD Whiterock to oversee a cluster of residential homes at the Mexia SSLC. You will coordinate staff, safety, and program delivery, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with applicable laws.

The role requires strong leadership, crisis management, and collaboration with IDTs to implement individualized programs and services. This is a full-time, on-site management position with a day shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; two (2) years of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting; at least one (1) year of experience leading, directing or managing multiple staff members.
• The role requires broad leadership, administrative and operational skills to oversee multiple homes and staff.

Responsibilities

• Attends work on a regular basis and may be required to work a specific shift schedule or rotating schedule.
• Manages day-to-day activities, operations and delivery of programs and services for assigned homes to ensure 24/7 support.
• Provides leadership, supervision and coaching to staff and coordinates services with interdisciplinary teams.
• Responds to crisis/emergency situations and ensures safety and quality while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
