Aramark is seeking an experienced Unit Controller in Greensboro, NC to lead financial close, forecasting, budgeting, and controls across the unit. You will manage cash flow, AR/AP, fixed assets, and capital expenditures while ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Collaboration with on-site leadership is essential for decision support and strategic execution. The role requires 3-5 years of progressive financial experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to mentor

Competenze

• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive financial experience, preferably in AP/AR, payroll, and P&L management or relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly to stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work event-based hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Mansioni

• Oversee cash flow, cash and banking, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and capital expenditures.
• Manage the weekly and monthly accounting close process to ensure financial accuracy.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support operational leadership.
• Lead the weekly financial roll-up process.
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process with input from senior on-site management.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for clients as required.
• Participate in special projects, including contract negotiations and operational changes.
• Ensure all financial records and reports adhere to Aramark's Business Conduct Policy and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Train and develop operations teams on financial acumen and adherence to financial policies.
