Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a finance/accounting role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel.
• Experience with client accounts and audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to financial planning by analyzing budget trends and preparing projections.
• Lead or support audits, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Deliver reporting and ad hoc analyses to guide leadership.
• Train teams on internal controls, system tools, and financial best practices.
• Assist in closing activities and maintain financial integrity at unit level.
• Recommend improvements to financial procedures to enhance accuracy.
