Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Unit Controller to oversee the Raleigh Convention Center’s financial operations in Raleigh, NC. You’ll manage reporting, budgeting, and compliance for client accounts, analyze trends, and support audits to guide strategic decisions.

As a hands-on individual contributor, you’ll complete specialized tasks, collaborate with teams when needed, and ensure financial integrity across the unit and district. Strong Excel and Essbase skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency required.
• Ability to interpret financial data and present insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial operations of one or more client accounts.
• Analyze trends, support audits, and guide decision-making for operational success.
• Contribute to financial reporting and closing activities at unit and district levels.
• Assist in internal controls, procedures, and process improvements.
