Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in a health care environment, and strong Excel/Word skills with solid organizational and communication abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Computer skills with emphasis on Excel and Word, plus good organizational and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate logs, inventories, and forms.
• Ensure the clinic and dental rooms are stocked and ready for use.
• Answer phone calls and arrange for needed supplies or repairs.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as filing and tracking medical records and appointments.
• Perform other duties as required, including duplicating materials, taking off orders, distributing mail and packages, and monitoring general e-mail correspondence.
