Job summary

Silver Cross Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented administrative support specialist to perform secretarial, clerical, admitting and transferring functions for the Perinatal Departments in New Lenox, IL.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and solid computer proficiency. Prior clerical experience and knowledge of medical terminology are strongly preferred. Shift details include days from 8:00 to 20:30 with three shifts per week, including weekends and holidays.

The expected pay for this position is listed below: $16.36 - $19.22 The final pay rate offered may be more than the posted range based on several factors including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
