Job summary

Silver Cross Hospital and Medical Centers is seeking a friendly Service Ambassador to greet and guide patients and visitors in the PCU, provide directions and assistance, and help with wheelchair transport. The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of hospitality or service experience, with preference for bilingual Spanish speakers.

You will work afternoons 12:30pm-9:00pm on weekdays with rotating weekends and holidays, and must be able to stand for long periods and use basic

• Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
• Basic computer skills required; Meditech experience preferred.
• Must have excellent customer service skills displaying compassion, empathy and problem solving skills in a fast paced environment and/or emergent situations.
• Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time and assist with wheelchair transport of patients.
• This position requires the flexibility to work afternoon and evening shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.

The expected pay for this position is listed below: $16.36 - $19.22 The final pay rate offered may be more than the posted range based on several factors including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
