Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in the United States seeks an assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will read dimensional drawings, perform casing/frame assembly, and complete A-Coil sub-assemblies while using pneumatic tools and hand tools.

You will move between stations, route wiring, and record all steps with attention to quality. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety standards, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible, able to adapt to change and work with a team.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Excellent attendance and attitude required.
• Must use all assigned PPE.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret provided drawings.
• Assemble units using tools such as pneumatic impact, pliers, and wrenches.
• Move between multiple work stations and perform casing/frame assembly.
• Assemble A-Coil and sub-assembly mating; route wiring.
• Record completed processes and identify errant parts.

Position Description

Perform various tasks per group leader instruction to assemble Units in compliance to dimensional drawing, safety requirements and quality methods and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Requires reading of provided drawings.
• Utilizing various tools such as pneumatic impact, pliers, wrenches, etc.
• Move around to several work stations
• Casing/ Frame assembly
• A-Coil Assembly
• Routing wiring
• Sub-assembly mating
• Recognition and reporting of errant parts.
• Recording completed processes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be flexible, acceptable to change, TEAM oriented and display initiative to learn.
• Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attendance and attitude is a must.
• Must use all assigned PPE as required
