Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Coil Build Operator to contribute to the coil manufacturing process in our manufacturing team. You will assist in setup, follow prints and procedures, and help troubleshoot to meet production schedules while maintaining safety standards.
Applicants should be able to read blueprints, perform basic measurements, and work with related equipment. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and may require varying shift times to ensure continuous operations.

Have strong summary of knowledge in processes, prints and procedures, which would include basic hands on proficiency in the Coil Build area, as well as any other coil manufacturing disciplines and equipment. Assist less experienced operators in setting up and trouble‑shooting problems. Able to execute schedule requirements and promote safety in manufacturing procedures.
This position requires the ability to operate equipment, setup equipment, identify and locate required tooling and ensure that all work is correct. This position also requires the ability to make arithmetic calculations, read blue prints, understand a bill of material and use measuring devices. Ability to use equipment, this would include any equipment in assigned area, such as impact guns, pop‑rivet guns and any other related equipment necessary to the position. Operators will be required to pull parts for next order, set up sheetmetal, install fins and lace tubes per the drawing.
