Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced assembler for our climate solutions manufacturing team. You will read dimensional drawings, assemble units at multiple stations, route wiring, and keep records of completed processes while following safety procedures and PPE guidelines.

The ideal candidate is flexible, team-oriented, with good attendance and initiative to learn, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible, acceptable to change and team oriented.
• Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attendance and attitude required.
• Must use all assigned PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Read provided drawings.
• Assemble units per dimensional drawings and safety/quality procedures.
• Move between work stations and perform casing/frame assembly.
• Perform A-Coil Assembly and routing wiring.
• Record completed processes and report any issues.

Position Description

Perform various tasks per group leader instruction to assemble Units in compliance to dimensional drawing, safety requirements and quality methods and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Requires reading of provided drawings.
• Utilizing various tools such as pneumatic impact, pliers, wrenches, etc.
• Move around to several work stations
• Casing/ Frame assembly
• A-Coil Assembly
• Routing wiring
• Sub-assembly mating
• Recognition and reporting of errant parts.
• Recording completed processes

Required Qualifications

• Must be flexible, acceptable to change, TEAM oriented and display initiative to learn.
• Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attendance and attitude is a must.
• Must use all assigned PPE as required
