Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Unit Assessment Manager to lead operational functions for outcomes assessment, continuous improvement, and institutional effectiveness across service, support, and administrative units.

Reporting to the Director of Accreditation and Assessment, this role provides data-informed leadership, cross-unit coordination, and expertise in assessment planning and reporting to support SACSCOC compliance and institutional readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a closely related field.
• Experience coordinating complex institutional processes and data.
• Strong analytical and writing skills; attention to detail.
• Ability to train, consult, and communicate with staff and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate institution-wide workflows for outcomes development, alignment, assessment, and revision.
• Oversee unit assessment workflows, training, data integrity, and reporting.
• Produce summaries, dashboards, and analytic reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation aligns with accreditation expectations and standards.
