Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in higher education administration, learning sciences, curriculum and instruction, assessment, program evaluation, or closely related field.
• Experience coordinating complex institutional processes and managing qualitative and quantitative data.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train, consult, and communicate with staff, unit leaders, and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate institution-wide workflows for service, support, and administrative unit outcomes development, alignment, assessment, and revision.
• Lead unit assessment planning initiatives that support accreditation compliance and the multi-year cycle.
• Produce summaries, dashboards, and analytic reports.
• Ensure documentation aligns with accreditation expectations and supports continuous improvement.
