Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in higher education administration, learning sciences, curriculum and instruction, assessment, program evaluation, or a closely related field.
• Experience coordinating complex academic processes and managing qualitative and quantitative data.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to train, consult, and communicate effectively with faculty, staff, and administrators.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a large, complex academic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate institution-wide workflows for core curriculum learning outcomes development, alignment, assessment, and revision in collaboration with University College, CAA, and participating colleges, schools, and departments.
• Lead core curriculum assessment planning initiatives that support SACSCOC compliance, Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board expectations, and multi-year cycles.
• Manage timelines, templates, process maps, and repositories for core curriculum assessment documentation.
• Conduct quality reviews of learning outcomes, assessment plans, and rubrics for compliance and improvement.
• Coordinate with CAA and University College to align assessment planning with inventory and changes.
