Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in higher education, educational research, assessment and evaluation, public administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in higher education accreditation, assessment, or related work, including leadership of complex projects.
• Experience preparing accreditation narratives or reports and knowledge of accreditation standards.
• Experience developing or reviewing assessment plans and using findings to improve programs.
• Strong writing, editing, and project management skills; ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for institutional accreditation and act as the campus liaison to accrediting bodies.
• Lead and manage university-wide assessment programs, data systems, and reporting.
• Oversee substantive change processes and coordinate related campus reviews.
• Advise campus leadership on accreditation implications and policy impacts.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with other offices on curriculum and academic administration.
