Qualifications

• Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and/or biweekly payroll for union employees accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, wage rates, deductions, and benefit contributions.
• Maintain payroll records and investigate payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Prepare payroll reports, audits, and supporting documentation.
• Partner with HR and Accounting to support payroll compliance and reporting requirements.
