You will coordinate OCIP/CCIP reporting, administer dues and fringe benefits, and manage certified payroll across multiple projects. The role requires experience with payroll systems, Excel, and knowledge of labor agreements; strong cross-functional collaboration with HR and Operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of certified payroll reporting and prevailing-wage requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with payroll systems and Excel; JDE experience is a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OCIP/CCIP reporting for active projects and maintain wrap-up records.
• Administer union dues, fringe benefits, and trust fund contributions; reconcile payroll.
• Ensure weekly certified payroll reporting for prevailing-wage projects and monitor wage determinations.
• Establish wage rates, fringe rates, and job classifications in payroll system for new projects.
• Translate final union MOUs into payroll actions and monitor effective dates.
