Responsibilities

• Process weekly union payroll and biweekly non-union payroll in compliance with labor agreements.
• Review and validate timesheets with field leadership and HR for accuracy.
• Maintain payroll records: status changes, deductions, garnishments, tax withholdings.
• Support onboarding with payroll-related data entry for new hires.
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports and government documentation.
