Job summary

You will oversee weekly union payroll, audit documentation, maintain payroll records, update union pay scales, and prepare payroll taxes and reports. Strong confidentiality and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Union payroll experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of CBA rules, regulations and prevailing wages.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly union payroll processing for multiple states and unions.
• Review payroll documentation for accuracy and audit results; adjust as needed.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files.
• Update union pay scales as necessary.
• Ensure accuracy of union benefit contributions.
• Prepare payroll and management reports, journal entries, workers compensation, and reconcile payroll taxes.
