Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-state Payroll processing for a union organization.
• Full cycle processing skills from timesheets through paycheck production.
• Experience with high volume payroll processing (minimum 800 checks per run).

Responsibilities

• Process union and non-union, multi-state payroll accurately and on time.
• Set-up and process pay groups for unions according to defined requirements.
• Review and verify employee hours and calculate wages, deductions, and bonuses.
