This position operates on a rotating shift schedule (week 1 7am-3pm, week 2 3pm-11pm, week 3 11pm-7am) and demands adherence to safety standards, NFPA, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; trade school or apprenticeship preferred.
• 5+ years of related maintenance experience in commercial buildings.
• Experience with HVAC, boilers, pumps, refrigeration or energy management systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems for the building(s).
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections per standards.
• Respond to emergency situations and maintain safe working conditions.
• Document activities and report to supervisor; ensure access and safety compliance.
