CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Union Mechanic to support operation, inspection, and maintenance in an assigned facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections across interior and exterior properties, including HVAC units, boilers, and cooling towers.

The role involves coordinating work orders and adhering to CBRE RI SE values. The position requires 2–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Formación

• High school diploma or trade school diploma required, 2–3 years related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Competence in basic inspection, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with internal teams on complex maintenance and repair efforts.
• Perform inspections and repairs to interior and exterior areas (HVAC, boilers, cooling towers).
• Review and assign work orders; complete preventive maintenance as needed.
• Conduct facility inspections and due diligence; report occupancy-impacting conditions.
• Complete hazard assessments and ensure compliance with codes and laws.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE behaviors.
• Work within standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Exchange information clearly, ask questions, and confirm understanding.
