Qualifications

• 4+ years of job-related engineering, maintenance, or technical experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
• Experience with building management systems (BMS/BAS) and facility controls

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and building management control systems.
• Respond to equipment failures and facility emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance projects and repairs.
• Complete work orders, inspections, and documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and CBRE policies.
