Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance tasks and responding to resident service requests is preferred.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance following safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance on the property.
• Completes make-ready tasks for vacant apartments, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Manages materials, supplies, equipment, and tools; tracks inventory and communicates re-ordering needs.
• Documents work orders accurately to ensure proper tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; assists with cleaning, painting curbs, and signage as needed.
• Attends safety meetings and follows OSHA requirements and company safety policies; participates in on-call rotations.
