Job summary

Penhall Company is seeking a Journeyman Laborer (union) to support field operations in concrete cutting, coring, breaking, and demolition. The position is unionized and paid per union scale, with training and advancement opportunities available.

Responsibilities include operating tools, assisting foremen and crew, upholding safety standards, and traveling to various job sites, including nights and weekends. Current union members welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of construction site experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of continuous employment with the same employer strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily field operations including concrete cutting, coring, breaking, and related demolition activities.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment in a safe and effective manner.
• Assist foremen, operators, and other crew members as directed on job sites.
• Adhere strictly to Penhall safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Travel to job sites as required, including out-of-town assignments, night shifts, and weekend work.
