Penhall Company in Sacramento is seeking an Experienced Concrete Cutter (Union) for full-time union work. The role involves demolition, cutting, sawing, core drilling and handling specialized equipment with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

We offer a competitive compensation package and a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 for eligible candidates, with 50% paid at start and 50% after 180 days. Candidates should have 2–5 years of relevant experience and a valid CDL is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must have minimum of two years of concrete cutting experience.
• Experience operating wall saws, slab saws, core drills, wire saws, and diamond cutters.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Ability to interpret project requirements and work in fast-paced environments.

Aufgaben

• Perform concrete demolition tasks including cutting, sawing, core drilling, and removing concrete using listed tools.
• Inspect and maintain equipment for safe operation and cleanliness.
• Enter hours and notes using a tablet or phone app.
• Mentor and support trainees to improve skills.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
