Job summary

Penhall Company is seeking a Construction Laborer to perform general construction, concrete removal, and interior demolition tasks in support of field operations. You will operate basic power tools, drive company trucks, and assist equipment operators or work independently on-site while maintaining a safety-first mindset.

The role requires reliability and the ability to work in physically demanding environments, with occasional out-of-town travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous construction or demolition experience preferred.
• Experience using jackhammers, rivet busters, and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist saw operators with cutting tasks and remove concrete and asphalt using tools.
• Perform demolition work, including removing drywall, stud walls, drop ceilings, pipes, and conduit.
• Work with crews or independently to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret job tickets, safety plans, and daily pre-task plans.
