Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training/retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units.
• Promotes safety and ensures compliance with OSHA specifications.
• Conducts safety training per company policies.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform work and coordinates access.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and crew reports.
• Controls crew costs and efficiency of workflow.
• Furnishes reports on completed orders, incidents, and equipment issues.
• Ensures proper collaboration with customers and public safety measures.
