Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew.
• Conducts field training and safety training per policy.
• Interact with property owners to obtain access and manage expectations.
• Maintain records, timesheets, and crew reports.
• Control crew costs and ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Prepare reports on incidents, equipment, and work performed.
