Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC Foreperson needed to oversee daily field operations, coordinating crew assignments, training, and safety compliance. Work with management to plan workload, deadlines and ensure OSHA standards are met on active job sites.

This is a full-time, non-exempt role requiring CDL eligibility, strong leadership, and the ability to supervise crews, communicate with customers, and manage equipment and records on site. Expect outdoor conditions and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Understanding drawings and symbols for lines and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to adapt to field requirements and act independently.
• Valid CDL or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work after orders.
• Conduct field training and retraining for crew.
• Enforce safety practices per OSHA and company policy.
• Discuss access and scope with property owners and customers.
• Obtain permission to perform required work.
• Maintain customer relations and report on work completed.
• Investigate incidents and settle minor claims as needed.
• Maintain records, timesheets, and crew reports.
• Control crew costs and optimize resources.
• Provide reports to Foreperson and utility reps.
