Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years progressive experience in the building trades (carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, masonry).
• Skilled with hand and power tools (chisels, planes, saws, drills, sanders).
• Ability to read and interpret plan and specification documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and general maintenance on buildings, systems, equipment and machinery.
• Repair and maintain HVAC systems, roofing, water systems, and related components.
• Respond to housing unit issues (power, leaks, clogs) and document work orders.
• Maintain records of hours and materials; assist in inspections and safety compliance.
