Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is a heavy equipment operator role based in Ohio. You will assist the Foreperson by operating heavy equipment, maintaining equipment, and cleaning work areas at the plant and surrounding site.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with 0–3 months related experience. You must join Local 18 IUOE within 60 days and be willing to travel, work nights and weekends when required. Safety and teamwork are essential.
