Job summary

United Business Bank is seeking a Labor Services II for our San Jose office, to grow and manage a union client portfolio and build relationships with union and professional/small business clients.

The role analyzes loan requests, ensures they meet policy, serves existing clients, and mentors branch staff. A Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in financial services (three with unions) are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Union industry knowledge and deposit/loan products.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and standard practices.
• Minimum 5 years in financial services, plus 3 years with unions.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain a union client portfolio and develop relationships with union and professional/small business clients.
• Analyze loan requests and ensure they meet bank policy; prepare and submit for approval.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to branch staff; represent the Bank at union events.
