Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant business banking experience or similar.
• Deep knowledge of local market and businesses in the area.

Responsibilities

• Allocate 65–70% of time to active prospecting and new client acquisition.
• Build, develop, enrich and manage relationships with business clients.
• Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions.
• Assess and address clients' banking needs.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services.
• Recommend financial solutions based on client goals.
• Partner with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Credit Card teams.
