Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring a Uniform Coordinator for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 at Stevens Pass. You will receive uniforms from vendors, issue items, and coordinate with laundry to keep garments clean, while maintaining an organized Uniform Room.

You’ll also help with inventory, receipts at season end, and assist employees with self-service systems. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, fluent English, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs – required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software systems.
• Organizational and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive uniforms from the vendor and handle exchanges of uniform items as needed.
• Issue employee uniforms and nametags.
• Coordinate with laundry vendor or perform laundry in-house to maintain uniform cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory levels in the Uniform Room.
• Receive uniforms from employees at season end.
• Work within the inventory management system (software).
• Provide high level guest service to employees and guests.
• Keep the Uniform Room neat, organized, and welcoming.
• Assist employees with self-service systems and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
