Vail Resorts is hiring a Uniform Coordinator for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 at Stevens Pass. You will receive uniforms from vendors, issue items, and coordinate with laundry to keep garments clean, while maintaining an organized Uniform Room.
You’ll also help with inventory, receipts at season end, and assist employees with self-service systems. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, fluent English, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Microsoft

The Stevens Pass Uniform Coordinator handles the delivery, inventory, issuance, and return of employee uniforms as well as assists with housing and Employee Center duties. Provides the best possible internal and external guest service to ensure everyone has an Experience of a Lifetime! The role requires guest service skills and supports the Base Area Operations Team as a whole. The position reports to the Uniform Team Lead.
The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
