Job summary

Encore Boston Harbor is seeking a Uniform Control Supervisor to oversee the daily uniform operations, including quality monitoring, fittings, stock levels, and cross-department coordination with department heads. This role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency with Encore standards.

You will support the Assistant Director, manage costs, promote safety, train staff, and ensure guest and team member satisfaction while maintaining a professional ambassadorial image for the Encore brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of uniform control and logistics experience.
• 1 year in a leadership role preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily uniform operations, ensuring quality and standards.
• Manage short- and long-term departmental goals, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and laws.
• Lead and develop department staff; organize training and feedback.
• Foster guest and team member relations; act as Encore ambassador.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness; manage cleaning and laundering of uniforms.
• Prioritize safety and ongoing department education.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
