TekSynap is seeking a Unified Communications Team Lead to support the FDIC in Arlington, VA. You will oversee a team of agents and supervisors, ensuring reliable voice, video and collaboration services across the UC environment.

You bring ten-plus years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. A Public Trust clearance is preferred, and the role sits in a federal contracting setting with a focus on service delivery and operational excellence.

• Ten plus years of relevant experience.
• Leadership and work assignment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to and perform all Cross-Functional Services requirements relevant to the Unified Communications Services and other areas; Telephony, video conferencing and collaboration.
• Oversee team leads of each communications area; Telephony; Video conferencing; and Collaboration and their activities.
• Configure and Maintain all Software, Equipment and facilities infrastructure necessary for the Normal Operations of the UCMT.
• Construct the UCMT database such that all FDIC Data will be logically separated to allow access only by those individuals who are providing to FDIC Support with respect to Unified Communications Cis.
• Provide only FDIC Service Delivery Designees access to the UCMTs.
• Oversee preventive maintenance on Devices used by FDIC in connection with its Unified Communications ("Unified Communication Devices") based on manufacturer guidelines and specifications, to prevent, avoid and reduce future Incidents.
• Assist FDIC with the Unified Communication environment and related Network design and technologies,
