Job summary

Blackwatch International seeks a Unified Communications Engineer to support the FBI facility in Clarksburg, WV. The role involves designing, configuring, and maintaining large-scale UC systems integrated with the FBI's enterprise computing environment.

It is a full-time, mid-level position requiring an active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph and US citizenship. You will plan, design, configure, integrate, and maintain UC networks, ensuring smooth integration with FBI environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of Unified Communications engineering or telecom experience.
• Strong proficiency with multiple audio and video communication technologies.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently on complex assignments.
• Active Top Secret clearance with a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, configure, integrate, and maintain large-scale Unified Communications networks.
• Ensure UC systems integrate with FBI enterprise computing environments.
• Analyze network performance, traffic flows, and transmission techniques.
• Propose and implement design and configuration improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep communications services reliable.
