Job summary

TekSynap is seeking a Client Service Manager to lead on-site support for the FDIC in Arlington, VA. You will supervise technicians, ensure service delivery excellence, and coordinate with government clients.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in service delivery, strong Windows/Mac experience, and familiarity with government contracting. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust are required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in service delivery and configuration troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, VPN, and printing devices.
• Ability to install and troubleshoot a wide range of applications.
• Prior work in financial services or government contracting is preferred.
• Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with BigFix, Bomgar, SCCM, and security products.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex desktop, laptop, and mobile device installations and configurations.
• Lead on-site updates, configuration changes, and software installations.
• Provide technical support during events and liaise with VIP customers.
• Resolve escalated service issues and communicate with stakeholders.
• Oversee key areas: device, printer, mobile device management, MACDs, and walk-up kiosks.
