Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for a government services and technology organization supporting mission-critical communications infrastructure. This role leads a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for the design, implementation, support, and optimization of Unified Communications solutions, including voice, video, and telecommunications technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background and expertise in UC environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering, IT management, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading engineering teams including supervisors or tech leads.
• Experience managing projects, priorities, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering team for UC solutions (voice, video, telecom).
• Drive operational excellence, vendor management, and project execution.
