Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for a government services and technology organization supporting mission-critical communications infrastructure. This role leads a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for the design, implementation, support, and optimization of Unified Communications solutions, including voice, video, and telecommunications technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background and expertise in UC environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering, IT management, or related leadership roles.

Job description

5+ years of engineering, telecommunications, networking or IT management experience. Experience leading engineering teams, including direct management of supervisors or technical leads.

Experience managing projects, priorities, budgets, and operational performance metrics.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Experience supporting government, federal, or mission-critical environments.

Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and enterprise communications platforms.

Experience managing vendor contracts and third-party service providers.

Familiarity with technology modernization initiatives and strategic planning.

Strong background in Unified Communications technologies, including voice, video, and telecommunications systems.

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 per year annual salary.
