Qualifications

• Experience in Unified Communications administration or related ITS areas (1–2 years) preferred.
• Familiarity with Local and Wide Area Networks and help desk processes.

• Design, install and maintain PCA’s Unified Communications infrastructure.
• Provide 24x7 support for UC systems.
