Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in any field or two years of journey level technical or paraprofessional experience in the field to be trained.
• Strong customer service, analytical and interviewing abilities.
• Ability to explain findings clearly and interact professionally with claimants and employers.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform entry-level professional duties with on-the-job training.
• Review claims, gather information, apply laws/policies, and issue eligibility determinations.
• Conduct interviews, request documentation, and resolve discrepancies to reach fair decisions.
