Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Unemployment Insurance Center operations with a focus on service quality.
• Coach and supervise EPM-Is, EPM-IIs and administrative staff to meet performance goals.
• Oversee payroll, attendance and staff development to ensure operational excellence.
