Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for one or more field office units and ensures services are delivered in compliance with laws, policies, and procedures governing the Disability Insurance Program.
• Emphasizes program integrity and proper duration control while developing and maintaining staff to handle workload within budgetary limits.
• Supports continuous capacity building for all unit staff and encourages open two-way communication.
• Assists in maintaining a marketing program and educates program customers.
• May serve as office manager in the manager's absence and supports the Branch and Department vision, mission, values, and goals.
